RETURN POLICY

I accept returns if you change your mind or the item is faulty or damaged, if this is the case you have 14 days to return it to me, following the steps described below. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, firstly contact me at joy-louise@felicityandink.com stating;

- Your name
- Order/invoice number
- Reason for returning the item/s
- Whether you would like an exchange or refund

Along with any necessary photographic evidence. Once confirmed please post your item(s) back to me in its original postal packaging along with it’s receipt or proof of purchase to:
Felicity & Ink, Clavering House, Clavering Place, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, NE1 3NG.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item.

Your refund will be processed, and funds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange any unused purchases within 14 days of buying, please send me an email at joy-louise@felicityandink.com
Once acknowledged and a return is necessary please send your item to:

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Felicity & Ink, Clavering House, Clavering Place, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, NE1 3NG,

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. If you receive a refund or exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if not faulty.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
