PROCESSING TIME
For non personalised items: Please allow 2-3 days after placing an order for processing and packaging.*
For personalised items such as off the shelf stationery: Due to the customised and hand made nature of these products, please allow up to 30 days for delivery.*

DELIVERY OPTIONS
The below delivery options are offered at checkout, the timeframes are estimates only;

UK Standard Shipping - 3-5 Days after dispatch | Free
European Standard Shipping - Not available, currently suspended
USA & Canada Standard Shipping - 14 Days after dispatch | Price dependant on weight

CARRIER

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail, if your order is at the value of £40 or over and is being delivered outside of the UK you will be provided with a tracking number shortly after your order has been processed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If the product is faulty or damaged we are happy to accommodate returns and exchanges within 14 days, if the product is unused, in its original state and postal packaging.
